Voice Lessons: The health benefits of singing are well documented
Singing improves your mood and makes you feel uplifted and happy.It also can relieve stress, improve sleep, release pain-relieving endorphins, improve posture and increase lung capacity.
Our aim is to teach the student to accomplish a proper vocal technique by means of breathing, posture, voice projection, range extension and tone quality. Competitions, Recitals and formal examinations (RIAM, Trinity College London, ABRSM) are encouraged, and available to interested students.
We are always happy to work with students who have no desire to complete exams and wish to sing for pure enjoyment. If you like Opera/Classical, we have many teachers who can guide you through exams and performance.. If you prefer rock, pop, jazz, blues, we also have specific teachers who focus on these genres.
